Program Officer for Indonesia

He/Him

I am a human rights advocate and attorney at law dedicated to advancing the human rights of vulnerable communities. Born in the small town of Yogyakarta, Indonesia, I bring nearly two decades of experience in counseling, rehabilitation, education, and human rights advocacy specializing in creating inclusive communities and advocating for the rights of persons with disabilities. Prior to joining DRF in 2021, I worked with different nonprofits in Indonesia and served as the local ombudsman of Yogyakarta for four years.

I hold a LLM in International Law on Human Rights from the Utrecht University in the Netherlands. The Attorney at Law license has been received by me since 2002. On a personal note, I am blessed with a loving family—my wife and two wonderful daughters. I enjoy reading, listening to music, painting, and caring for my pets—an indy dog and a green turtle.
