The Disability Rights Advocacy Fund’s Report Fraud and Abuse mechanism exists to help us identify instances of misuse of resources, safeguarding, and other abuses relating to our work.

On this page are descriptions of types of concerns we need to know about, and how we will respond to these concerns. Please do NOT use this to submit grant proposals.

DRAF encourages all partners, grantees, and their staff to report concerns.

Concerns may be submitted on a confidential basis and will be investigated to the extent possible. DRAF will strive to ensure your identity is not revealed, as much as is legally permissible. In certain instances, cases may be reported to the authorities.

DRAF will take all reasonable measures to ensure that no person who makes a report in good faith will be subject to retaliation.

Such matters should only be raised through this mechanism where there is a manifest management or governance failure to address them.
