These requirements have been developed to ensure the consistent use of Disability Rights Advocacy Fund (DRAF) logos among DRAF grantees. While we do not require that grantees use the DRAF logo, we encourage grantees to use the logo as a way of spreading information within the disability movement about the existence of DRAF as well as the importance of the rights-based perspective.
The DRAF logo may be used by grantees in project signage (e.g. posters, stickers, t-shirts, et cetera), publications, annual reports, or at events and other activities organized as a result of funding from DRAF.
If you are producing research reports, policy briefs, draft laws or law amendments, or other such publications as part of your DRAF-funded project, please include the following language when you use the logo:
“This document was produced with funding from the Disability Rights Advocacy Fund. Statements of fact and opinion in the present report are those of the respective authors and contributors and not of the Disability Rights Advocacy Fund. DRAF does not make any representation, express or implied, in respect of the accuracy of the material in this [report/proposal/brief/document] and cannot accept any legal responsibility or liability for any conclusions, assumptions, errors or omissions that may be made.”
