He/Him

I am a disability inclusive development practitioner and a disability rights advocate with over a decade of experience. Prior to DRF, I worked for the umbrella organization of associations of persons with disabilities, where I played a vital role in setting up the first organization of persons with psychosocial disabilities in Mozambique. I have collaborated with governments, INGOs, bilateral partners, and with UN entities to advance the rights in the CRPD.

I hold an LLM in International and Comparative Disability Law and Policy from the Centre of Disability Law and Policy at the National University of Ireland, Galway. I am a husband and father who enjoys nature, safaris, and hiking.
